Ice cream sundaes are really delicious and cheap!

I felt like having an ice cream during my city tour today! ? And what can I say: it was creamy, aromatic and just delicious! ? The small waffle with it was nice and crispy and had a pleasant taste! ?? Again any time! ❤

On Thursday we were in Kaiserslautern for the first time. Unfortunately, we had no more cash on hand in the afternoon and still felt like a delicious ice cream. Fortunately, I was able to find information with all common means of payment (EC, CC, and various mobile payment solutions) at the entrance and was therefore glad that there was still a way to get an ice cream without having to withdraw extra cash. When I wanted to pay, however, I was informed that card payments are only accepted from a minimum turnover of € 10. That would not be a problem in general, but I could not find a hint anywhere that a minimum order value must be reached. Why do you "advertise" with card payment when the cardholder doesn't like to see it? This can be annoying, especially for tourists who like to pay by credit card. Since they use the SumUp card terminal without fixed monthly costs and pay 0.9% fee per EC payment (1.9% for CC), I came up with the suggestion that the amount be 50 cents - 1 euro. So the fee would be covered more than enough. Unfortunately, I was also told that this would not work. Visibly annoyed by the situation (and my dripping ice), I then bought a voucher to reach the minimum amount. I do not understand where the problem is? Especially since the SumUp terms and conditions say the following: 5.3. Without the consent of SumUp, the user may not set a minimum amount per transaction higher than EUR 1.00. In addition, the user will offer cardholders goods and / or services on at least the same terms as customers who pay with cash. In addition, the user will not charge cardholders any additional costs or surcharges for accepting card payments. There is a star for the bad customer experience in my view and another one for the ice cream ... because that was delicious. Perhaps you should remove or at least affix your sticker at the entrance with the card payment information so that the customer sees immediately that there is a minimum amount.

For me THE ice cream parlor in Kaiserslautern.Große selection of ice cream and sundae, (fancy changing varieties) excellent in taste and Optik.Da I'm a regular customer I have the rating of Renate decided again speak. The ice cream parlor is always tip top clean, who only one Little idea has understood that at peak times, the garbage can not be emptied in 10 minutes. I had in the past few years, not even the impression that not everything blitzblank clean. And yes, staff have to eat something, this should be in go to the basement? I can only say, dear Palazzo Sandro Team, for me you are and will remain the absolute No.1 in Kaiserslautern. Keep it up :-) PS: In the winter months there is a huge selection of donuts, try it !!

2 classic ice cream, badly prepared and also overpriced. Is not worth it in the big and gamzem. Then the eternal waiting time from the delivery service.

Rarely have I eaten such a good ice cream and the staff is super nice. I'm looking forward to the next visit.

I read the old reviews and I do not agree. Maybe in this weather trash can happen to be full for a short time. When all customers are served, the employees change the bag. It is also clear that if there are a few families with children in the shop who want to leave traces of their hands on the counter, the counter would look dirty. Sometimes, as customers, we do not have to leave our napkins on the table or just throw them away on the floor. And we have to understand that the employees have only two hands and can not do everything at once. But it is true that in the catering the staff have to be very careful about cleanliness. But on the other hand, the ice cream tastes very delicious. The staff are always very friendly. I have gluten intolerance myself and this is the only ice cream parlor where employees handle the problem so cautiously. I am always shown by those the allergen list and the ingredients.

Very delicious ice cream which is also presented attractively, but the store looks dirty and messy. During my visit, the trash can overflowed with dripping sundaes, crumpled paper lay around, and behind the smeared counter it looked really messy; Dirty dishes piled up. The staff are friendly but this does not seem to bother or sit in the corner eating. A pity, but I prefer to go next door. Ice though worse but at least clean.

I can only share the bad reviews. The ice cream is good, I've been here for a while, but the store has really broken down. First, I find it extremely unhygienic to work with lacquered fingernails with something like ice cream. Then the business is messy. I ran past lately, on the tables were cups and fish restaurant wrap around although no one was there. The service is unfriendly, but it does not get much worse. A pity, that was a highlight.

Palazzo Sandro is an ice cream parlour / shop in central Kaiserslautern, Germany. They offer a lot of ice cream varieties, min 20. A single ice cream scoop in a cone or waffle costs 1 euro.

Nice service. Tasty ice cream.

Got spaghetti ice that came in a cup. Sort of ruins the aesthetic and texture, kind of a bummer. Happy hour after 19:00 is nice though.
